有限公司 正文堂(以下簡稱「本公司」)，制定個人資訊保護政策如下，透過個人資訊保護的組織架構，讓所有從業人員了解個人資料保護的重要性並徹底的執行，來實行個人資料保護。
■個人資訊的管理
本公司為維持客戶的個人資訊於正確且為最新的狀態，防止未經授權的接觸、遺失、損毀、竄改、洩漏等，我們對資訊安全系統的維持、管理體制，還有對從業人員的教育等採取了必要措施，以執行安全對策，嚴格管理個人資訊。
■個人資訊的利用目的
客戶提供給本公司的個人資訊，會用在於本公司以電子郵件或郵寄方式，所發出的聯絡資訊、業務資料及問題的回覆時。
■嚴禁將個人資訊公開、提供給第三者
本公司會適當地管理客戶提供給本公司的個人資訊，除下述情況外，決不會公開個人資訊給第三者。
