2016年經歷了熊本地震之後，在重建過程的2020年初春時，又發生了新型冠狀病毒疫情，這對熊本縣內的企業造成了很大的衝擊。
在這期間，在2021年的秋天，菊陽町對半導體代工最大廠的台灣積體電路製造股份有限公司「TSMC」的設廠招商成功。讓縣內的企業對其將帶來的經濟效益寄予厚望。
光是TSMC就預計雇用約1700人。再加上相關企業相繼駐進，縣內會增加許多從國內外前來熊本展開新生活的人流。這是非常可喜的事，但是也可能出現對熊本的「不甚了解」、「不習慣」而不安的外國人士。
我們想成為熊本縣內第一個針對從台灣前來的人士，以三種語言(繁體中文、日文、偶爾英文)提供對於風土民情上的差異、興趣、生活上有幫助的資訊，以及介紹熊本的魅力。
透過這個行動，希望更加強台灣與日本(熊本縣)之間的關係。
進而藉此創造出不論是誰都能安心居住的地區社會環境。

In addition to the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake, the Covid-19 pandemic in the early spring of 2020 caused severe damage to companies in Kumamoto during the reconstruction process.
Under such circumstances, the prefecture decided to invite a factory of TSMC, the largest semiconductor manufacturer, to Kikuyo-cho last fall. Due to this, various economic expansions are expected in the region.
It is said that TSMC plans to hire about 1,700 people. Furthermore, as the number of related companies entering the prefecture increases, many people from Japan and abroad will start new lives in Kumamoto. Although it is such an exciting transition, there might be a plethora of people, especially people from foreign countries, who struggle to adjust to the culture here.
We are here to inform Taiwanese living in Kumamoto about the differences in customs and culture, as well as to provide helpful information regarding hobbies, daily lives, and the charm of Kumamoto in three languages (Taiwanese, Japanese, and sometimes English).
We hope that via our activities the relationship between Taiwan and Japan (Kumamoto Prefecture) will be strengthened.
We also hope to contribute to the creation of a community that is safe and comfortable for everyone. As we serve you, we hope you find it useful.

2016年に発生した熊本地震。そして、その復興途中である2020年春先に発生したコロナ禍により熊本県内の企業は大きなダメージを受けました。
そんななか、2021年秋に菊陽町に半導体受託生産最大手の台湾積体電路製造「TSMC」の工場誘致が決定しました。県内企業としてはさまざまな経済的効果が期待されているところです。
TSMCだけでも約1700人の雇用が計画されているとの事。更にそれに伴う関連企業の進出が増えると、県内には国内外から新たな生活を始める沢山の人たちが熊本で生活されることになります。それは大変喜ばしいことですが、特に外国人のなかには熊本が「よくわからない」「馴染めない」と不安に思われる方がいらっしゃるかもしれません。
私たちは熊本県内初の取組みとして、台湾からお越しくださる皆さまに風習や文化の違いや、趣味・生活に役立つ身近な情報や熊本の魅力について3つの言語（繁体字中国、日本語、ときどき英語）で発信していきたいと思います。
この活動をとおして台湾と日本（熊本県）の関係がもっと強くなることを期待しています。
そして、誰にとっても安心で住みやすい、地域社会づくりが進んでいくことを願っています。
